General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between the net22 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). This document may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version will always apply.

Key Definitions

• "Platform" — net22's website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through member registration.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or additional funds provided by net22.
• "Balance" — the total of real funds and bonus funds held in an account.
• "Bet" — funds placed on any game, sports market, or casino event.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on net22, you must be 21 years of age or older. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. net22 may request an identity document or relevant proof of age for verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, net22 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit the balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, phone number, and mobile banking number — must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is your own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

net22 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile financial services:

• Rocket — the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This limit applies equally across all payment methods.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking account from which the deposit was made.

3.4 Verification

net22 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This step is essential for fraud prevention.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳22,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Every bonus comes with a 10x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible for one welcome bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• net22 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected or if the bonus is misused.
• Other promotional offers may have their own terms — these will be announced separately.

Gaming Rules & Restrictions

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following actions is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Collecting bonuses or committing fraud through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to control betting outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.

5.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed across various markets in cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA-related), kabaddi, and other sports. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are final. net22 is not responsible for discrepancies caused by network issues or delays.

VIP Program

net22's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play. net22 reserves the right to change VIP benefits — members will be notified if any changes are made.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by net22

net22 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide verification documents or submission of false information.
• Indication of a security risk or potential fraud.
• Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting us. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the net22 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and design — is the intellectual property of net22. Reproducing, distributing, or using any part of this material for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
